FIGHT FITNESS

From 6 to 8 am students may drop in for a 30 minute fighter training workout. Each day is a different high intensity interval training workout focusing on explosive MMA fight skills, muscle strength and conditioning, and aerobic endurance.

Short intervals of extremely high-intensity exercise involving a lot of muscle mass require a tremendous amount of oxygen, during both the work interval and the recovery periods. As a result, this type of workout train your body to tolerate and quickly recover from periods of high-intensity exercise.
